Kont Miklós nádor bizonyítja, hogy Chernely fia: István mester, országbírói protonotárius és Zerechen-i Pál fia: István leányai - Zerecheen birtok statuciójánál nyilvánított ellentmondásuk miatt - a kitűzött terminuson Heym fia, Pál, fia: Benedek mester és testvére: Péter ellenében perben nem jelentek meg, ezért őket a szokásos bírságban marasztalja el.
