Visegrád. vigesimo sexto die octavarum f. b. Jacobi ap., 1367. Bebek István országbíró a Némai István fia Miklós lánya Neste által Némai Péter fia Lőrinc ellen atyja némai Komárom megyei birtokáért indított perben tartalmilag átírva a győri káptalan 1365. augusztus 26. után, 1367. május 6. után, Lajos király 1364. december 17-én, saját 1367. május 20. után és teljes szövegében a győri káptalan 1367. június 29-én kelt okleveleit a némai birtokrészt véglegesen Nestének ítéli oda.
