A turóci konvent tanúsítja, hogy Nemleth György fia Mátyás Zenthmarthon-i polgár (egy özvegy polgárné nevében is) nyugtatta Zenthpeter-i Dávidot annak a hitbér és jegyajándéknak az ügyében, mely neki anyja után a Turóc megyei Hozthy másként Wendek és Alsozathwrcza birtokokban járt.
