Lajos közli Hont megye hatóságával, hogy Demyend-i Mátyásné és nővére, Bernát pap és Maroth-i litteratus Antal, Miklós és Mihály Hont megyei birtokaikon (Eghhazas Maroth, Felsew Zembewl, Waraan, Daras, ..., Wnyathy, Rakocz) osztozni kívánnak. Ossza a megye mindezeket hat részre s adja kezébe egyenként a föntieknek. Papír, szöveg alján zárópecsét maradványa.– Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Maksay) LAJOS 2 KIRÁLY
