A somogyi konvent előtt Gomba-i Cheley fia: Domokos comes megegyezett Dedes fiával: Benedekkel az ellene indított bizonyos ügyekben (in quibusdam articulis), ennek következtében Benedek mint adós (debitor) kétszeres bírságfai fejében (pro iudiciis quam duplo) Clefis nevű örökölt földjéből a konvent levelében leírva volt határok által elkülönített részt átengedte Domokos comesnek.
