Az egri káptalan bizonyítja, hogy Diószegi Péter fia Miklós 25 nemessel letette azt a tisztító esküt, amelyet Bubek István országbíró parancsa szerint Harnadi Miklós meggyilkolásának vádja miatt le kellett tennie.
