Bude. feria quarta ante Kathedre Petri. Garai Miklós nádor meghagyja a vasvári káptalannak, küldje ki hites emberét, hogy annak jelenlétében a nádori ember Zelesthe-i István fia: György nevében előadott panasz jogosultságát tanúvallatással megállapítsa: ZenthJwanfalua-i István fia: Gergely, akivel a panaszos birtokügyi perben áll, azzal az ürüggyel kért perhalasztó királyi oklevelet, hogy Baymoch vár őrizetében van elfoglalva és ezzel az ürüggyel a pert terminusról terminsra halaszttatja, holott mindez nem igaz.
