Visegrád (in Wyssegrad, sabbato ante Marie Magdalene, 1343.) Vitus nyitrai püspök, királyi kápolnaispán és Tötös mester, mint Erzsébet királyné által kiküldött bírák meghagyják a szepesi káptalannak: nyomozzák ki, hogy Nicolaus Latinus szepesi várnagy betartotta-e ígéretét testvérével: Johannával szemben, s ha nem, vegyen részt a fogott bírák döntésénél.
