A nyitrai káptalan előtt Koloni Pető, semptei várnagy a gyermekei: László és Erzsébet nevében is mint szomszéd eltiltja Roni Miklós fiait: Miklóst, Vinclót és Lászlót roni, tótcsákányi, szentpéterteleki és szakai birtokuk elidegenítésétől, a Sopron megyei Höflányi Beledet és bárki mást a megszerzéstől.
