Buda. octavo die termini prenotati (in quindenis residentie exercitus regii et ad quindenas f. Epiphaniarum Domini proclamate) 1355. Drugeth Miklós országbíró a Lőrente fia, Beke által a zirci apátság ellen Gyepüs birtok határjárásának ellentmondása miatt indított perben tartalmilag átírva a veszprémi káptalan 1353. június 14-én és András király 1212. évi oklevelét átíró 1354. január 1-jén kelt oklevelit, a pert Szent György 15-öd napjára halasztja, amikor az apát tartozik a Berény és Gyepüs birtokokra vonatkozó okleveleket eredetiben felmutatni.
