Buda - duodecimo die termini prenotati (ad octavas f. Purificationis b. v.) 1354. Miklós nádor előtt a Literi Sándor fia János által Bakonyi Him fiai: János, Benedek, Miklós, Pál, Péter és Balázs és társai ellen literi birtokának elfoglalása miatt indított perben az alperesek lemondanak a birtokról és megszüntetik a pert.
