A nyitrai káptalan bizonyítja, hogy előtte Balázs presbiter, a trencséni parochiális egyház Keresztelő Szent János oltárának a rektora, a Trencsénben lakozott néhai Lukács fia, a maga és nagybátyja Vencel aurifaber fia: János nevében eladja hatvan magyar arany forintért teljes részüket a trencsénmegyei Kyszlawnycza másként Wazka birtokban RosonMytha-i Rosen Kelemennek, Lászlónak és Oszvátnak. - Függőpecsét zsinórja. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
