Domokos macsói bán bizonyítja, hogy amikor a mag nélkül elhalt Németi Martonos fia Mihály valkómegyei birtokait a király részére lefoglalta, Mihály rokonsága: Maróti István fiai: István, Miklós és János és társaik birtokba ültek, de aztán a király döntéséig visszaadták azokat.
