Anna királyné értesíti Selmecbánya városát, hogy Thurzó János körmöci kamaragróf a királyné jövedelmeiből 600 forintot fog ez évben a városnak folyósítani ”ad fabricandum certum novum ingenium necnon conducendum quendam aque decursum, ad id ingenium habilitandum necessarium”, egyben biztosítja a várost, hogy a következő évben újabb 300 forintot fog nekik utalványozni. - Szöveg alatt piros viaszú, töredezett rányomott pecsét. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
