Lajos király a Veszprém megyei Somlo várát Chenek fia, János kezéből kivévén, és Heym fia, Benedek mesterre bízván, meghagyja a várhoz tartozó villicusoknak és jobbágyoknak, hogy a Zudar Jakab által történő átadáskor Benedek mestert ismerjék el uruknak.
