Bude. octavo die quindenarum nativitatis virginis. Tamás országbíró a Kenys-i István fia, Imre és Kenis-i Márk fia, Miklós között egy Zegh színű lónak Kenis birtokból hatalmaskodva történt elvitele miatt folyó perben Márk fia, Miklósnak három nemes eskütárssal leteendő esküt ítél meg arra, hogy a lovat nem vitte el.
