Tamás országbíró bizonyságlevele arról az egyezségről, melyet Gyurky-i Pál fiai: István és János felperesek, és Elek fia: Tamás alperes kötöttek a közöttük az országbíró előtt az Ugrin fia: Dezsőnek a nevezett Gyurky birtokban volt részei miatt folyt perben.
