Dezső mester, alnádor, bizonyítja, hogy a Kozmas, Zentgal-i királyi jobbágy által Veszprém megye nádori közgyűlésén Rufus Band fia: István ellen Verestou faluban levő, 14 márkát érő ingóságainak jogtalan eltulajdonítása miatt emelt panaszára perben nem jelent meg, amiért őt a szokásos bírságban elmarasztalja.
