A vasvári káptalan bizonyítja, hogy előtte Felsewlyndwa-i Zechy Tamás a zalamegyei Egyedwta nevű birtokát elcserélte Kyswylak-i Literatus Imre felesége: Katalin és Farkasfalwa-i Farkas Gergely felesége: Márta, meg gyermekeiknek a zalamegyei Zenthbalas, Kysfalwd, Nezele, Gebarth, Aracha, Kekenyes, Zeleffalwa és Zerdahel birtokokban levő részeivel.
