A kolozsmonostori konvent bizonyítja, hogy előtte ”agilis” Zewke Ferenc ”libertus jobagio” és Bykal-i Wythez Tamás famulusa, e Wythez Tamás édesnővérének: Katalinnak, Petherd-i János özvegyének nevében eltiltotta Hozywazo-i Mihályt s ennek feleségét: Ilonát, aki a nevezett Katalin asszony leánya, e Katalin asszonynak a kolozsmegyei Zenthmyhalthelke és Arankwth birtokokban levő részei elidegenítésétől.
