Az erdélyi káptalan bizonyítja, hogy előtte Ews-i Jankaffy Simons kanonok birtokrészeit a dobokamegyei Ews-ben s a kolozsmegyei Palothka, Olahpalothka, Legen és Pethe birtokokban testvéreinek, Ews-i Ferenc presbiternek és Ews-i Lázárnak ajándékozta örök jogon.
