A garamszentbenedeki konvent bizonyítja, hogy előtte Thewre-i Literatus Berec felesége: Angeletha, fiai és leányai nevében is, megszüntette azt a pert, mely közte és Azywpathak-i Hencz Benedek özvegye: Dorottya s Zerdahel-i György felesége: Anna asszony, Chalad-i Péter leánya között a nyitramegyei Chalad, Kernye s Gezthe (Geczthe) birtokok s Syger (Sygar) predium miatt keletkezett és az ügyben keletkezett peres leveleket érvénytelenítette.
