Buda (Bude in crastino Luce, 1517.) Lajos király megparancsolja a kői káptalannak, hogy azt az iktatásról szóló jelentést, mellyel Pwzthazenthmyhal-i Cheh Miklós özvegyét: Ilonát és fiait: Tamást és Lukácsot néhai Pwzthazenthmyhal-i Dwlo fiának: Farkasnak a bácsmegyei Pwthazenthmyhal vagy Wzdyzenthmyhal birtokon fekvő részbirtokaiba beiktatta, de amelyből a statúció ”pura” voltát igazoló záradék kimaradt, újra állítsa ki.
