Tapolca. F. quarta post f. b. Pauli her., 1511. Zalamegye jelenti Ulászló királynak, hogy a Szantanfalfi Kalmár János által Monoszlói Sibak Györgyről rászállott monoszlói zalamegyei birtokának elfoglalása miatt Monoszlói Sibak Miklós ellen indított pert, melyben Miklóst hatalmaskodás miatt elmarasztalta, minthogy Miklós fellebbezett, felterjesztette a királyi kúriába.
