Ulászló király megerősítve azt a fassiot, melynek során Pethry-i Zabo Mihály a maga, felesége: Ilona, gyermekei: János, Pál, Dorottya és Margit nevében a Somogy megyei Zaarzo birtokon fekvő részbirtokának a felét, és a Nezde birtok felét Mernye-i Ambrus deáknak (litteratus) adta át, - megparancsolja a budai káptalannak, hogy utóbbit a birtokrészbe, ill. a birtok felébe vezesse be. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Fügedi) ULÁSZLÓ 2 KIRÁLY
