A kapornaki konvent előtt Rátki Péter fia László, minthogy Ilvágyi Morocz János az idegen kézen zálogban lévő zalamegyei Rátk birtok- és Bocskorháza és Pondelek pusztarészeit saját pénzén 600 forintért visszaváltotta és neki átadta, a fenti birtokok felét átengedi Morocz Jánosnak és gyermekeinek: Györgynek, Gáspárnak és Dorottyának. - 2 példány. - Függőpecsétje hiányzik. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Fekete Nagy).
