Bude - tertio die sabbati ante Prisce. Bátori István nádor, királyi helytartó bizonyítja, hogy előtte Budán, Pernez-i Pál, István és néhai Miklós házában, a betegágyában fekvő Magdolna asszony, Pernezy István felesége és Gerseno-i György leánya ingóságairól és a somogymegyei Gywgh birtokban levő részéről az oklevélben foglalt végrendeletet tette.
