A vasvári káptalan bizonyítja, hogy Cepan fia István mester és Jakab nevű fia valamint Lőrinc fia Leukus mester és László, Miklós és János nevű fia, sitkei nemesek oly értelmű megállapodást létesítettek, hogyha Felsőgyürüst vissza tudják szerezni, Bottyánra pedig adománylevelet nyernek, azokat két egyenlő részre osztva fogják bírni.
