Pál országbíró bizonyítja, hogy István fiai, András és Petew, Péter fiai, Domonkos és András, valamint Miklós fia Tamás töttösi nemesek eskütársaikkal együtt letették az ártatlansági esküt Kazmer fia Miklós töttösi nemes meggyilkolása, valamint Rum elfoglalása miatt, minthogy nevezett Töttösi Kázmér fia Román e bűncselekménnyel vádolta őket.
