Az esztergomi káptalan jelenti, hogy lefolytatott vizsgálat igazolta Borfői István fia Tamás ama vádját, hogy Mykch nevű testvérét Borfői Lőrinc fia Lőrinc és István, s Jakab nevű fia meggyilkolták, s ezért nevezetteket augusztus 11-ére megidézte.
