Ulászló király átírja Verbőci János részére a kolozsmonostori konvent 1492 június 25.-én kelt oklevelét, mely szerint Barancskai Péter a hunyadmegyei Barancska, Kistarnóc és más felsorolt birtokok felét Jánosnak, feleségének: Luciának és lányának: Katalinnak adta, azt megerősíti és hozzáadja a királyi jogot. - Függőpecsétje az oklevél alját kitépve elveszett. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Fekete Nagy).
