tertio nonas octobris. I. Lajos király Lekchei Iván fia Miklós fia András mester macsói várnagy kérésére átírja és megerősíti I. Károly király 1340. április 24-én kelt oklevelét, amelyben az uralkodó Miklós macsói bán 1338. november 22-i és a kői káptalan 1338. november 18-i oklevele alapján Andrásnak chuturtukhelyi, purbyssafalvai, hursyuafalvai, debrynei, zelezpazaadi, virisi és okamarzi (birtokjogát biztosította.
