Báthori István abban a perben, amelyet Sook-i János indított Pethewfalwa-i Pethew Pál ellen a nógrádmegyei Pethewfalwa-ba történt bevezetésekor eszközölt ellentmondás miatt, a bemutatott oklevelek alapján meghagyja a nyitrai káptalannak, hogy Nyitramegye megbizottjával szálljon ki Rathon-ra s Sook-i Jánost ellentmondásra való tekintet nélkül iktassa be annak birtokába.
