A somogyi konvent bizonyítja, hogy Althi Kozma fia Pál mester és Balázs nevű fia - amennyiben örökösök nélkül halnának el - althi, tuli és csehi birtokrészüket, valamint a somogyi konventtől évi adófizetésért kapott feultheubereni, másként apathyi birtokrészt Althi Loránd fia Jánosnak adják.
