János, borsodi főesperes és egri vicarius bizonyítja, hogy Harazti Book Miklós leányai: Erzsébet, Bichte fia Miklós felesége, - és Rusench Miklós fia Beke özvegye - , testvérüket, Istvánt perelvén atyjuk Ung megyei Harasztin levő birtokából járó részük miatt, István és László nevű testvére bizonyos részletesen leírt haraszti birtokrészt engedett át Erzsébetnek és Rusenchnek.
