A nyitrai káptalan jelenti, hogy amikor Mátyás királynak Budán, 1481. július 13-kán kelt és szószerint átírt parancsára Wal-i Miklós fiait: Jánost és Lászlót a nyitramegyei Kolon birtokba és Kowachy pusztába be akarta vezetni, Kysbwen-di Werthes /dictus/ János a maga, felesége Ilona és fia: András nevében ellentmondott.
