A szentjobbi konvent előtt Kyde-i László a maga, fia: Mihály, anyja: Agáta és testvérei: Albert, Erzsébet, Ilona, Katalin és Zsó fia nevében visszaadja a szatmármeagyei Kyde birtokon fekvő azon részbirtokokat, melyeket Kyde-i István és Ambrus birtokoltak s László jogtalanul elfoglalt Kyde-i Sebestyén fiának: és néhai Kis /Parvus/ Kános fiának: Lénártnak.
