A csázmai káptlan előtt bizonyítja, hogy előtte Martinóci János tiltakozva előadta, hogy amikor fia: András a törökök beütése elől a Martinóc, Bosin és Erpen varasdmegyei birtokokra vonatkozó oklevelekkel együtt biztosabb helyre akart menni, a törökök elfogták.
