(decimo quinto Kal. Februári, 1342.) A kői káptalan Kwlud-i Batand fia: János és Péter fia: Pető Chereug-i várnagy kérésére átírja a háji káptalannak 1305-ben kelt oklevelét, és bizonyítja, hogy Pető és testvére: Tamás néhai Zenthbenedek-i Péter bodrogmegyei Harazthy birtokon fekvő részbirtokát Jánosnak átadta.
