A budai káptalan bizonyítja, hogy előtte Chapy-i András a maga s Ilona, Erzsébet, Anna és Katalin nevű leányai nevében zálogban bírt részét a somogymegyei Kadarkwth és Kenez birtokokban 174 arany forintért tovább adta zálogba a visszaváltásig Korothna-i János mesternek, palatinális protonotáriusnak. - Hátlapján rányomott pecsét helye. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
