A csornai konvent bizonyítja, hogy amikor a nádori ember a konventi hites személy jelenlétében a nádor ítéletlevele alapján Miklós fiát: Pétert, István fiát: Jánost, Jakab fiát Benedeket és Benedek fiát: Fábiánt, Wadasfalwa-i nemeseket, be akarta vezetni a sopronmegyei, őket bizonyos jogon megillető Zenthandras predium birtokába, annak Myhaly-i Chak László fia: Mihály és János s Myhaly-i Vgron János leánya: Borbála: Kysfalwd-i Benedek felesége ellenmondottak, akiket a nádori ember a nádor elé Jakab apostol nyolcadára (aug.1.) perbe idézett.
