(sabbato ante quindenis Nativitatis Johannis Bapt, 1341.) Az egri káptalan jelenti, hogy a királynak Visegrádon, 1341. július 3-án kelt és szó szerint átírt parancsára az Aba nembeli Petőc fiát: Miklóst, a magtalanul elhalt Rakus (dictus) György fiának: Jánosnak Borsod megyei Bold, másképp Rakusyanusfolua birtokába beiktatta.
