in festo btorum Philippi et Jacobi aplorum. A csornai konvent bizonyítja, hogy Thakachy-i György fia Miklós - apja nevében is - Lerenczhazatakachy mellett fekvő 10 hold szántót és 8 kaszás rétet a Kekecz folyó mellett, 5 arany forintért elzálogosította Thekachy-i Pechyendi Miklósnak azzal, hogy a visszaváltás minden év pünkösdje előtt történhet csak meg.
