Mátyás király Rozgon-i János tárnokmesternek a maga, valamint testvére: Rénold és rokona Osvát fia: Osvát nevében előadott kérésére szószerint átírja és megerősíti László királynak 1453. szeptember 14-én kelt és a pestmegyei Gubach birtokot adományozó oklevelét és a budai káptalannak 1454. augusztus 20-án kelt oklevelét.- Függőpecsét nyoma. - ”Commissio propria domini regis”.
