Albert veszprémi püspök és örökös főispán előtt Wnyan-i Miklós s püspök symegh-i várnagya, Bodorfalwa-i László és Sarosd-i Mihály kijelentik, hogy mivel a Bodorfalwa birtokhoz tartozó és a jenew-i pálosokkal folytatott perben vitás földeket a pálosoknak visszaadták a tanuvallomást elrendelő királyi oklevelet érvénytelennek tartják.
