Pál anarcsi és János papi plébánosok jelentik Hevesi Oszvald kalocsai éneklőkanonoknak, váradi plébánosnak és főespereshelyettesnek, hogy 1458 szeptember 17 előtt kelt, /csonkán átírt/ parancsára Baka birtokon a felsorolt tanuk vallották, hogy Gyulaházi Bálint hatalmaskodott Petenyeházi Márton fia László jobbágyain.
