A vasvári káptalan bizonyítja, hogy előtte Zechewd-i István fia: János, mivel Ilona nevű leányát Baranya-i Mihály fia: Magnus Györggyel történt házassága alkalmával nem tudta kellően kiházasítani, a maga és Antal nevű fia nevében átengedi nevezett vejének a vasmegyei Zechewd, Kyskayd és Septhe, meg a győrmegyei Pasthor birtokokban lévő részeinek teljes felét az oklevélben leírt feltételekkel.
