Az esztergomi káptalan előtt Assznyfalvi Ostfy László fiai: Miklós pap, Ferenc és László tiltakoznak az ellen, hogy osztályos atyafiuk: Tardi Gergely a Tard valkómegyei, Asszonyfalva vasmegyei, Sárkány és Frád sopronmegyei birtokait, melyeknek Gergely kihalta után rájuk kellene szállni, Újlaki Miklós erdélyi vajdának el akarja idegeníteni, akit a megszerzéstől, birtokbavételtől és használattól tiltanak el.- Három részre szakadva. - Hátlapján pecsét nyoma.
