A /pozsonyi káptalan/ jelenti Nagy Lajos királynak, hogy 1343. február 5-i mandátumában elrendelt tanúvallatást megtartották. (Csonka szöveg). Eredeti, papír, melynek mintegy a fele hiányzik, a megmaradt rész is több helyen csonka, szakadozott, így pontosabb regesztát megállapítani nem lehetett.
