Az egri káptalan jelenti a királynak, hogy amikor Szepesi Jakab országbíró parancsára Tulusi Domokos fia István és társai Tulus nevű birtokát Nyék felől meg akarta határolni, és abba azokat beiktatni, Nyéki Dávid fia Dávid ellentmondott, amiért őt megidézte.
